What is it?

Frame Relay is a point to point data networking solution that allows you to connect offices more efficiently in order to share information and applications.

“Point-to-point” means offices are connected together directly enabling information to travel securely and quickly between sites (up to 2 Mbps). As a result:

• Productivity rises, as your staff have better access to information and to one another.
• You customers enjoy better service because you have better access to information for answering queries, and a greater ability to reach the right person for specialist questions.
  

Frame Relay is ideal if you require a reliable data network and are not running “high bandwidth” applications such as graphics programs (if you do, Private IP may be a better option).

Frame Relay is available in three grades of service (Bronze, Silver & Gold).
