Maximum speed relates to ADSL/ADSL2+ services delivered as fast as your connection allows. A three hour per call cap applies to all Unlimited calls. Excludes three party, phone divert operator assisted, Ztalk0505 calls, mobile calling and special numbers (eg. 018, 0900).
* The Big Back Yard extended free local calling areas are available for the Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Bay of Plenty, Waikato, Nelson Bays and Otago Regions.
Once you have selected your ideal base package, choose the monthly usage pack that best suits your needs.

Ideal for around 30 minutes a day of light Internet browsing, and if you do not require streaming Internet services. E.g. 100 hours of gaming OR 2.5 hours of TV or Video downloads.

Ideal for around 2 hours per day of light Internet browsing and occasional downloads. E.g. 300 hours of gaming OR 8 hours of TV or Video downloads.

Ideal for around four hours a day of moderate Internet browsing and downloading of files and services. E.g.1,000 hours of gaming OR 25 hours of TV or Video downloads.

Ideal for the more serious user. Approximately 8 hours per day of frequent, heavy downloading of files and services. E.g. 2,500 hours of gaming.
If you use all of your allowance before the end of your billing period, another pack of the same size will automatically be allocated to ensure your broadband access is never interrupted.
You will be notified by email when you have reached 80% and 100% of your allowance in any one month, so you can always remain in control of your monthly costs.
You can check your usage level at any time using your personal online usage meter.
You can change your usage pack once per month.

Complementary Products
Our phone line, calling and broadband packages are also available with Broadband Launch. Broadband Launch offers 256kbps download speed and is only available in 500MB usage packs. 500MB usage packs cost $3 each.
If you use all of your allowance before the end of your billing period, another 500MB pack will automatically be issued and charged to ensure your broadband access is never interrupted.
Terms & Conditions
Wiring maintenance is an optional service available for $3.00 per month. If you are a new HomePlan customer, TelstraClear will provide you with this service unless you inform us otherwise. You need to have had this service for 30 days before your fault is covered.
Unlimited calling is subject to a reasonable use clause.
It is the customer’s responsibility to manage the three hour calling cap. Calls in excess of the three hour per call cap will be charged on a per minute basis thereafter in accordance with the customer’s pricing plan.
